Notes: Calypso operates from Rossaveal or the Aran Islands, depending on anglers requirements. We predominantly fish over rough ground and reefs around the Aran Islands and Galway Bay, targeting species including pollock, cod, ling, tope, spurdog and other ground fish. We also offer evening trips for mackerel fishing.
A full day trip normally runs from 9am to 5pm. Half day trips are also catered for and are approx for 4 hours. Evening mackerel trips from 5.30 pm. Shark fishing can also take place from August if required, targeting blue shark and porbeagle.
